Space holds all

Everything that exists is surrounded by space: our bodies, this planet, our solar system, and all the galaxies in the universe.
Even if we move to the outer edges of all that we know to exist, there’s still space.

So often we’re told we need more, but what if less is more?
A cup which is full can’t hold anything else.

We need space to grow, to take in new information, to create.
Space is the pause between breaths, the silence between thoughts. Space is opportunity.

Seeking it in our lives doesn’t have to signal loneliness or isolation. Quite the opposite.
How can one be lonely when we’re held by the same tender arms that hold everything in existence?

Maybe space is in fact be the place where we find deeper connection to all.
